Serendipity in (sur)real Brussels

Rediscoverng one of the cities I am lucky to call home… In the past few weeks I went for walks in the heart of Brussels with friends from Lithuania, Venezuela, France, Congo, Greece, Canada, Italy, Albania, Spain, Saudi-Arabia, Germany, Mexico… and with roots from all continents. I was thinking about this while I photographed the wooden window frames of the Europa Building, which were collected from building renovations all over Europe: How all these connected window frames and collective life experiences together make the stories of our cities, our times and our lives.
